csegurus.org down for a while (few days), oops
Due to a server move, the csegurus.org site was down for a few days. In short, I forgot to bring it back up after the server was moved. Oops.

Hi Paul, i've made a few linked CSe's and they are working fine. Eventually i want to make google API CSE's but in the meantime i'm missing -both officially and unofficialy - some important documentation on Linked CSE, especially on the complete syntax.
Specifically, i want to know more about the following tags:
'AdSense' and the related Client id (where to find it?, is it needed?)
'EnterpriseAccount', what parameters are possible?
'LookAndFeel': for example, the lookandfeel part with the colors of the serp etc is clear, but how to incorporate the google logo (in the search box), since i've seen 2 different notations for that.
Can you make a list of ALL tags for a CSE or point me to such a list please?
